Stitch welds
NOTE: This topic is only applicable to the following Robotics OLP products:

General: when STITCH is checked from Path tab, the Stitch tab appears to right side of the tab selection bar.
From Stitch tab it is possible to modify the stitches in weld path in wanted way. The Standard means that the stitches are formed according to either ISO (International Organization for Standardization) or AWS (American Welding Society) standards.
Balancing options changes the stitches location and how the stitches are formed in the welding path that is under modification at that moment. Choosing Start, the stitch paths are calculated from the start of the welding path. Mid option locates the stitches into the middle of the welding path. End locates the stitches to the end of the welding path. Stretch option locates the stitches into the entire welding path and stretches the gaps between stitches.
When making changes to the welding path from Stitch tab the changes will be affect immediately and changes will be seen in real time in the welding path. The visualization window also guides what parameters will be changed.
LS (Length Start) changes the length of starting stitch.
L1 Changes the length of stitches between the start and end stitches.
LE (Length End) Changes the length of ending stich.
L2 Changes the length of the gap between the stitches.
Via height Changes the height of how far the tool rises during the gap between the stitches.
Max Count sets the highest amount of stitches in the chosen welding path.
When Push to start is checked from Stitch tab the starting stitch is changing its direction from middle towards the original starting point of the weld. This effects only to the FIRST stitch. The rest of the stitches has still the original direction.
When Staggered is checked from Stitch tab the stitches will form staggered stitch weld. This means that every other stitch is different side of the object where the weld path is created.
